Shipping / Return Policy

Special ordered parts are not eligible for order cancellation and returns.

Returns can be made within 5 days from the date of purchase on the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, in brand new condition and in original packaging
• A written authorization or RMA number is shown upon return
• Minimum of 20% administration, handling and inspection charge may apply
• Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returns

All defective items are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.  Claims may be made within 3 days from the receipt of goods.
